Shipping Policy

Delivery Information:

All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or 2nd Class Signed For service (Flat Rate). You have option to add Tracked 24 & Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed By 1 PM (except Weekends) service at the checkout. We aim to dispatch orders on same working day if ordered before 1pm. Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched on next working day. From time to time depending on the size & weight of your order, we will send orders using Parcel Force (heavy & large items).

Whatever the size and weight of the order, you will be paying one delivery charge starting from £3.95 (Royal Mail Track 48 & 2nd class Signed For) for postage & packing. Free UK delivery on orders over £20.00

All tracking information will be added to your order when dispatched.

You can track your packet with the tracking number on Royal Mail website (or other delivery company websites). If you don’t receive your order, please let us know. We will email/call Royal Mail (or other delivery companies, if we use them to fulfil your order) to investigate where the packet is. This can take up to 28 days to get reply from the delivery companies. Once we get reply from the delivery companies, we will contact you. If the investigation shows the packet was delivered to the correct address, we won’t refund any money back. If the investigation shows the packet was not delivered, we will refund your money back.

Please provide the correct delivery address on the order. If the address is wrong, you must inform us within 30 minutes of placing the order by email. Once the order has been dispatched, we can’t change anything on the order and order cannot be cancelled. The tracking numbers are allocated and communicated instantly upon dispatch, however, please note there may be a delay of approximately 2-3 hours to receive tracking information in case of technical issues. If you want to cancel an order, you must inform us within 30 minutes of placing the order.

It is customer’s responsibility to enter correct and valid shipping address at the checkout. we won’t be able to refund any money back if the address is incorrect/invalid and the parcel travels to the incorrect shipping address and returned as a result.

If you have missed your delivery, please contact the delivery company with the tracking to re-arrange the delivery.

If packets are returned from the delivery companies, the delivery cost is not refundable. You will only get refund for the item.

​

Please note if you pay for delivery and return your order for refund, postage & packing you paid on your order is not refundable. You will only receive full refund for the item you purchased.
